First and foremost, Kashyyyk is a crucial planet in the Star Wars universe. It is home to the Wookiees, one of the most iconic and beloved alien species in the franchise. Without Kashyyyk, we would not have Chewbacca or his famous growl. The planet also plays a significant role in many key moments throughout the saga, such as Order 66 and the Battle of Kashyyyk during the Clone Wars.
Additionally, Kashyyyk provides a unique and visually stunning backdrop for gameplay. With its towering trees and lush vegetation, it offers a refreshing change from the usual desert or space settings in other Lego Star Wars games. It also allows for fun and creative level designs, with obstacles such as swinging vines and platforms made out of branches.
